How do I book an appointment?
Choose a doctor from the Doctors page and tap ‘Book Appointment’, pick a date and time slot, add patient details, and confirm. You can also call our helpline to book.
What are your timings?
Our OPD runs through the week, and our Emergency, ICU, pharmacy and ambulance services are available 24×7.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes — we offer cashless treatment with all major insurance providers and TPAs. Carry your insurance card and a valid photo ID, or contact minnervaclinic.website@gmail.com to confirm your policy.
How do I get my reports and prescriptions?
Once you log in to your account, your prescriptions, test reports and bills appear under ‘My Account’ — you can view and download them anytime.
Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Yes. Go to ‘Appointments’ in your account to reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment, or call our helpline.
Is online consultation available?
Many of our doctors offer online consultations alongside in-clinic visits — look for the ‘Online Consultation’ option on the doctor's profile.
